The content(edness) calendar-Day 10
As soon as something stops being fun, I think it’s time to move on. Life is too short to be unhappy. Waking up stressed and miserable is not a good way to live. – Richard Branson
I know that at the moment is terribly hard to take care of ourselves: there is so much going on, that we can’t really even think to move on.
At the same time, it is extremely important that we try to do our best to at least make our lives easier: call a friend, take a break, get some sleep.
For those that are facing 2 possibilities and feel really stuck, I hope you can take this post as a sign to follow your heart, do what you love, something that makes you feel alive. We all need a little encouragement sometimes, and I hope that this reminder has helped somebody that is torn between a brand new, unknown opportunity, and the reassurance of a situation they are already familiar with, but that makes them miserable.
Here is something that I really had fun making – this is baked conchiglioni pasta stuffed with aubergines, ham, mozzarella and besciamella sauce:

This is how I make my life easier: meditation in the morning, a cup of hot tea, and smiling. Making and eating something delish always works too!

these seem all excellent ways! do you use an app to meditate? I used headspace and calm, but sometimes I think it is easier to just set a timer on my phone and do it with no guidance!

no app! I simply make it a part of my morning routine, but then it is for me to say as we live in such natural surroundings (a forest).

Your stuffed shells look absolutely scrumptious, a delight for the eyes as well as the stomach! Buon appetito! I calm myself by writing and listening to my beloved Beatles (and a relaxing mani/pedi is always good for the body and the soul!)

Yes, it’s so stressful right now. Walking helps, and I blogging is a de-stressor for me.
