Winter soup

I do love a nice soup in winter! They are warm, easy to make and delicious 🙂

When you read the ingredients of this one, I am sure you won’t be impressed, but I can promise you that once you make it the first time, it will be your favourite winter dish!

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • White cabbage, 1
  • White onion, 1
  • Frozen peas, 1 mug
  • Broad beans, 1 tin
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Cut the onion finely
  2. Heat the oil in a pan
  3. Add the onion and let it cook until clear
  4. Turn the heat off
  5. Cut the cabbage very finely
  6. Wash it
  7. Put the cabbage in the pan
  8. Turn the heat on
  9. Add 3 glasses of water
  10. Let it boil for at least 30 minutes
  11. Add the peas and broad beans
  12. Let them cook for other 10 minutes
  13. Add salt as you like
  14. Add olive oil as you like
